What we do

We will monitor your system and apply security updates and patches as necessary. This should make your site immune from the run-of-the-mill automated attacks, allowing you to be confident that any confidential data on the server is secure.

We use a combination of local and remote monitoring to ensure the server is operating correctly. Local monitoring entails checking that all expected processes are running (e.g. Apache, MySQL, a.n.other database etc) and are responding to requests.

Remote monitoring entails ensuring the server is alive, and reachable from an external site. In the event of failure, we will be automatically notified and will take remedial action.
