Business Email Server
An all-in-one managed email server
Our email server provides the following facilities:
On top of all this there are:
- Spam filtering (Greylisting, DNS based checks, SpamAssassin) - blocks 99% of spam.
- Virus checking (either ClamAV or a commerical product)
- Vacation (out of office) support
- Any combination of IMAP, POP3, IMAPS, POP3s for client connections
- Webmail and/or traditional client (e.g. Squirrelmail, Roundcube, Outlook, Thunderbird, Outlook Express etc)
- Web based account creation and management interface
- Catch-all, per user forwarding and multiple aliasing
On top of all this there are:
- No initial or yearly license fees
- No additional fees for more users (although eventually more users may require a more powerful server)
- Ability for users to report spam via a web interface to help train the filter
- Ability to store all email within a database for history/auditing
- Ability to forward email(s) to other internal SMTP servers (e.g. Exchange)
- Ability to block/discard spam, or allow with rewritten subject (allowing users to make the decision as to whether it's important or not)
- Ability to block attachments by type (e.g. allow PDF files but block executable files)
We're also happy to provide support on an ad-hoc or contract basis for existing linux based postfix email servers
