Updated PHP Security course

We've just finished updating our PHP security training course. As a result of which, it's now (ideally) a two day course (although we can still fit it into one day, but this is pretty hard going on trainees!).

It now includes more vulnerability types, more detail, more examples and exercises involving real world exploit detection and prevention tools (the exercises would be dropped if it needs to be a one day course).
