Changeup Birmingham

ChangeupBirmingham's Case Tracking system has now gone live.

This is a web based application which allows for the creation and handling of requests for assistance by charity organisations within the Birmingham area.

The system includes the following features :

• To Do items
  
• Case ownership with complete history/audit tracking
• Ability to refer a case to another organisation
  
• Ability to add notes to cases
• Email notifications
  
• Email alerts for cases that haven't been modified/closed within configurable time periods
  
• Escalation process for email notifications
  
• Extensive reporting and querying mechanisms with PDF, RTF and Excel export

The system integrates into an existing MySQL database and project created by a third party developer.
